WHEN IS THE AMOUNT DEDUTED FROM MY CARD?

The amount is deducted from your card when we send your package. The sum is reserved in connection with your purchase but is not physically withdrawn until we send your package.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED FROM THORBERG?

You have the right to exchange and return an item for up to 14 days after you have received your package. Just make sure that the goods are unused, still have stickers and labels and are otherwise flawless. Attach a copy of the order and state the reason - exchange with information about what you wish to exchange for, or return and reason.
